The current Bylaws for the Candler Park Neighborhood Organization were approved by the membership September 21, 2015. Amendments were made to Article IV Section 3 (officer qualifications) September 19, 2016; to Article IV Section 12 (officer term limits) September 18, 2017; and to Article VI — bookkeeping edits to Section 4(a) and 5(b), renumbering Section 9 to 10, a nd a new Section 9 specifying on-line voting the day after a monthly meeting for substantive motions — May 20, 2024
