- Zoning: V-25-243: 549 Oakdale Rd NE variance request to reduce the right side yard setback from 7ft to 2.5ft and increase rear yard coverage of accessory structures from 25% to 33% for construction of a one-car garage (360sq ft) on an existing concrete pad (zoned R-4.)
- Zoning: Z-25-071: amendment to Atlanta zoning ordinance to require buildings of any use type (with the exception of single family and two-family structures) with primary street fronting pedestrian entrances to have a visible and accessible push button activator, connected with a minimum five foot wide pedestrian walkway.
